Our Team

Sarah is our bubbly front desk assistant.  She is often the first person you will see once you enter our practice.  Sarah is also very knowledgeable in preliminary testing for the doctors including retinal photographs and visual field testing for glaucoma.  She also has experience in contact lenses and can assist patients who are new to contact lens wear.

Sarah has worked in several clinical studies at the University of Waterloo Contact Lens Research Clinic and Ocular Health Clinic.  She has a BSc from McMaster University and a Masters in Public Issues Anthropology with a focus on political ecology of health. 

Carol has over 12 years experience in the optical field with expertise in frame and lens selection for patients' needs.  She also has much skill in pretesting for our doctors including taking retinal photographs, visual field testing for glaucoma and training for contact lenses.

Carol puts her experience to use in our onsite laboratory, edging lenses for glasses and also perfecting glasses adjustments and repairs.  

Sandra has over 5 years experience in the optical field and is a Certified Optometric Assistant with the Canadian Association of Optometrists.  She can assist our patients with appropriate frame and lens selection with this knowledge.  

Sandra also has much experience with preliminary testing including retinal photographs, visual field testing and contact lens training.  She is also active in our onsite laboratory creating prescription glasses with our edging equipment.  

Kerry's voice is most likely the one our patients will hear, reminding them it is time for their annual eye exams as she works exclusively on our phone recall system. She is also our friendly front desk assistant and has experience in pretesting for our doctors. She is also active in our onsite laboratory creating prescription glasses with our edging equipment. 

Warren is our office administrator and works on important clerical tasks such as our practice accounting, payroll, inventory and insurance.  He can often be found at the front desk talking with our patients, making them feel comfortable with a joke or two.
